Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern account creation and use of Starlight. By creating an account, uploading information, connecting Epic, or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Version 2026-05-171. Age Requirement
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. You may not create an account, access Starlight, upload records, connect Epic, or participate in any performer verification or collaboration workflow unless you are 18 or older.
2. Performer Age and Identification Responsibility
Identity verification may be performed by Starlight Secure LLC or by a verification provider working with Starlight Secure LLC. Even when that verification is provided, the performer, account holder, creator, studio, or other user remains fully legally responsible for verifying each performer's legal age, legal identity, and identification before any collaboration, production, payment, consent workflow, or record use.
Starlight does not replace your own legal compliance duties. You are responsible for confirming that every performer is legally eligible to participate and that all identification and age records required by applicable law are complete, accurate, current, and retained as needed.
3. Illegal Services and Prohibited Use
Starlight does not aid, support, arrange, facilitate, advertise, or provide services for any illegal activity. You may not use Starlight, Starlight accounts, consent tools, identity workflows, medical record workflows, collaboration planning, payment workflows, messaging, stored records, or any other Starlight feature to request, offer, coordinate, promote, conceal, or support illegal services.
This prohibition specifically includes prostitution or illegal commercial sex activity where prohibited by law. Accounts or activity connected to prostitution, sex trafficking, coercion, exploitation, or any other illegal service may be suspended or permanently banned without notice. Starlight may preserve related records and report suspected illegal activity to law enforcement or other appropriate authorities.
4. Consent to Medical Record Access
When you upload medical, STI, testing, health, or related information to Starlight, or when you connect Starlight to Epic, MyChart, or any other medical record source, you expressly consent to Starlight accessing, receiving, storing, reviewing, processing, and displaying the medical records and health information you upload or authorize us to retrieve.
This consent includes records and data needed to support STI testing workflows, health status fields, verification, collaboration planning, compliance review, record history, troubleshooting, and service operation.
5. Consent to Data Collection and Use
You consent to Starlight collecting, accessing, storing, using, processing, and retaining all data you provide to us and all data we collect about you through the service. This may include account details, contact information, identity verification data, age verification data, uploaded documents, medical and STI records, Epic connection data, messaging connection data, collaboration details, consent records, payment workflow information, device and browser information, IP addresses, security logs, audit logs, and usage activity.
We may use this data to create and administer your account, verify identity and age, operate consent and compliance workflows, manage records, provide support, investigate security or policy issues, maintain audit trails, improve the service, and comply with legal, contractual, and operational obligations.
6. Accuracy of Information
You agree that all information you provide to Starlight is true, complete, and current. You are responsible for promptly correcting or updating inaccurate account, identity, contact, performer, medical, collaboration, or compliance information.
7. Electronic Consent
Checking the Terms and Conditions box during signup, submitting account forms, uploading records, connecting Epic, or continuing to use Starlight is an electronic signature and confirms your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
You consent to using electronic records and electronic signatures on Starlight. When you type your name, check a box, click a button, submit a form, sign a consent, sign a contract, sign a release, accept payment terms, or otherwise sign anything through Starlight, you understand and agree that your electronic signature is your signature, has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature to the fullest extent allowed by law, and may create legally binding obligations.
Do not sign or submit anything through Starlight unless you have read it, understand it, and intend to be legally bound by it.
